Credit Card on File
At Alondra’s, I require a credit card to be kept on file to support our policies.
Cancellations or No Show I appreciate and value your time as a guest just as much as I value my appointment times with every one of you. Therefore I require a 48hr cancellation policy for all appointments. Please reach out if you need to cancel within the 48hrs.
If less than 48hrs is given, 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file. If the guest does not show up for the scheduled appointment and fails to give any notice, the guest is considered a “no show” and 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Late Policy
If you are running behind, please reach out and let me know. I follow a 15-minute late policy, if you are later than 15 minutes your service may need to be adjusted or you will be asked to reschedule as I need to respect the time of the other guests coming to the salon.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards or cash. Personal checks and Venmo are not accepted.
