Prime-All, from Ronan Specialty Paints, is a water-based acrylic primer that dries fast with outstanding adhesion. Use on aged metals, wood, plywood, cement, fiberglas, vinyl and glass. Its stain killing properties check bleeding of water stains, smoke damage, wood tannin, and most graffiti. Formulated for use a primer for unpainted or already painted surfaces, a blockout for signs, and blocking out stains. Use to prevent bleeding of any staining pigments and as an undercoat for water and oil-based topcoats. 1 quart (32oz) can of white Prime-All.
